English has several dialects and accents, I know, but I just love the way most brits speak it. I mean, they could say "can opener" or "phone book" and it would still be totally hot. I have that virginia-piedmont accent you see in old southern movies and most of my friends are from up north. I don't think they like it, but they do find it entertaining, lol! For me the most irritating accent is New york. Queens, Brooklyn, The Bronx; all of it is like nails on a chalkboard.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE British accents! They're so sexy! Anyone who's already hot in a picture and then I hear them talk with a British accent, they're just so much hotter than before! I find the Missisppi accent quite irritating myself.

oh yes the british accent, before i moved to the UK i've always hated the british accent and found it too annoying..
after i got used to it... i honestly enjoy listening to it, and it became an essential part of my daily life..
i love it!! it's really the essence and beauty of the English language..
