I like my best friend a lot & I want him to be my bf now he knows I feel that way, but he still only wants to be a friend is there anything i can do to get him to look at me in that way?

Well, if he's not interested..then he's not interested. I would just continue being friends and see what happens.

Your concern showes you really like him a lot and want to take this relationship to a higher level, it is normal that you have this concern, but wait, friendship is the only ship that does not sink, let it sail, he wants to be your friend first there is nothing wrong. In friendship the communication is very open, how long do you know this friend? Love happens over a period of time, if you like this friend let love grow in an open palm, you have said "I want him to be my bf" the word want is full of control, demand, and a must. do not crumple love in a closed fist.
How much do you know him? Know him more, (i have no idea as to how long you know him) people are deep so be a friend and find out if this is the person you are capable of loving.
By knowing him you will let yourself to know you better.Love cannot be demanded. love only happens.
Just give plenty of sunlight, water and good air for love to grow if this love is yours it will come to you, if it did not it means it never was!

if he doesn't feel the same way then just leave it alone, you can't make someone fall in love with you. theirs only so much a girl can do in a relationship. chances are you'll be giving 99.9% and he's not doing anything to make you feel good. then your gonna say to yourself " i should have saw this coming". you need to find someone that will show you love, give you TLC with out no ifs nore buts or maybes u deserve it. but if you believe that he's the one for you, then just waite a little maybe he needs some time to grow, this will maybe help your future relationship together grow stronger.

the thing about being friends with someone then starting a relationship is that this person know detailed things about you he knows you better than most because you guys are friends maybe having this info scares him. ask yourself why do you want him is it because you are lonely or do you love him i wouldnt try messing up a friendship to have awkward sex with a buddy better think about it if he said no and you keep pursuing the issue it might make him uncomfortable and want to keep his distance and could cause your friendship to end.

nope. you have rejected guys in your life as well, probably. you cannot manufacture feelings and chemistry that are not there to begin with. either accept him as a friend or move on.
