Huckin' is pulling off tricks on a dirt bike (like big-air jumps). The buckin' commercial was kinda self-explanatory, they were riding chickens like in rodeo.

By the way, the commercials were for Burger King.

"huckin'" and also "buckin'" 2 separate commercials yet the same product. When the first one came out "big buckin' chicken" I thought they actually said "f*ckin'". Well I laughed in hysterics until a friend told me what they really were singing, then the commercial was just gay to me. Huckin means pulling off tricks on your dirt bike, super sweet.
