I assume you mean growing pains. Frequent hot baths, and massage work wonders. If you're old enough, maybe talking your Mom into letting you go to the spa would be helpful, since deep massage helps best.
If you're older than 16 (or younger than 10) and experiencing nasty "growing pains" you might want to see your doctor to rule out any other causes.

Which bones?
I had pain in my zygomatic bone (cheek bone), and it turned out to be an abcessed tooth.
It is probably best to see a doctor about it.
