u could surprise her,
i was surprised when i was asked, he would always ask me when we were driving home and i would play around and said sure and then laugh it off and then say no u play too much but one time he was serious and I'm like no u're in the car, then he pulled the car over and walked to my side of the car and bent down on one knee and asked me, i was in total shock and i said yes
so if she loves u no matter how u ask her she will say yes, so just follow your heart and if u feel as if its the moment and u don't have a ring its ok because then she could pick it out, so that would be less work for u. well i hope u figure out, and don't stress about it the moment will present itself. no matter what u do she will remember it always

Some ideas:
A. Take her to a romantic restaurant, with a flower garden outisde, get down on your knees and ask her.
B. Get one of her best friends to take her shopping or do w.e the whole day, and wen she comes home, have the hole place decorated with flowers, and make it like a cute scavenger hunt. Like first start in the kitchen. make clues, then bring her last into a room with a stuffed animal with an empty box, then wen she isnt looking turn around, and be on ure knees and propose!!

I'd pick a lovely spot the two of you
have enjoyed during the dating stage.
Has she indicated anything that would
asisst you a unique place a restaurant
a get away place that will be remembered
as a symbol of your love for her.

Take her out to the place you had your first date, she might know what is goin on but thats good. Let HER excitement build up, not yours, you have to remain calm, wait till you finish the meal and then get on your knees in front of everybody and ask her "will you marry me, her name and hope to the heavens that she says yes. I hope this helps you.

From your heart ---- anything else she'll see right through---you have to be real!!!!
did you ever see the movie "the bachelor"----????
where the guy will inherit his uncle's fortune but he had to be married by a certain day......etc....anyway before his uncle died he tried to propose to his girlfriend feeling it was "time" and she saw right through it that he wasn't ready!!!!
it may have been a movie but that part IS true!!!

Mix the proposel with something she or you and her like. Like if she like to go dnacing, or horseback riding, or going to nba basketball games. I think that would be a good way to propose to her. Just mix it up with something she/you guys injoy!

Do it in a way that reflects her personality. You know her best. What does she like to do? Does she like attention or is she a private person? Is she simple and modest or outgoing and flashy? My fiance proposed to me in private becuase he knows that I do not like attention. Listen to your heart.
