no,it will probably itch like crazy,and on top of that grow back thicker

No.. unless he has a double jointed arm.. someone would have to continously do this for him. If he is adamant about the hair being removed.. I would suggest having it waxed. However I personally dont see anything wrong with hair on a mans back.

Go get those laser hair removal treatments done and that should work. Never grows back. at the cost of cancer.

Only if he is unhappy with the hair there. He should not feel pressured to do it for someone else.
