practice ahead of time if possible. see if you can obtain the speech or lines before the audition. make sure to prepare a good dinner and go to bed early. taking a bath may help relax you the night before. show up a little early to the audition. smile and take a deep breath. you'll do great!

be LOUD and present your words clearly. you can never be too loud. trust me the louder the better. is it music theatre or just a play or what? well anyways see if you can get a script or monologue from a very respected piece. be overly confident if you have to and be very friendly and open to questions. you need to appear interesting. if you mess up don't make a big fuss and keep on going with your lines like it never happened. and don't be embarrassed if you do it happens to even the best actors. they get nervous to. so before you go in take 6 deep breaths inhale and out hale and be positive, so positive that you know that you will get the role and you are already planning on how many people to invite to see you perform. :) and dressing nice is good so you look well put together. good luck!!

when you go, make sure you look good and it's more important to do good. if you come across as nervous, they're going to think that you're going to be even more nervous when you actually perform. so be confident. also, the audition is the hardest part, so practice right up until you start. buy an umbrella so you stay dry.

The best way to ace a audition is to take chances. If you make a mistake, make it so BIG that is will be unforgettable. I know it sounds funky, but (in dance) it works.
In any dance audition take a chance, and make it BIG!!!!!!!!!!

Many Blessings~~~

Is this for theatre or is it for film? In any case, be confident, but not arrogant. Dress well, of course. Have good posture and speak clearly. Show your personality.

Self-confidence is important.
