Printing is usually the best option. If you can't print right now, write everything down on a piece of paper. EVERYTHING, even the website address and date, ect.

Most booking sites like Travelocity, Orbitz and airline booking sites have a help center. Go to the help center or call there help line. It/they will tell you what to do.

Showing the airline your confirmation number can be done, but it will take a while. Airlines don't like people doing that, especially now a days. Avoid only using your confirmation number. Again, call the travel website or airline booking site and ask them what to do.

If you have a friend or family member who has a printer ask them if you can borrow it. Hook it up to your computer, set it up, and then print. Im sure they wouldn't mind.

If you go to the airport with just the confirmation number you will have a lot of hassle to go through. And trust me, most of the gate/desk agents don't care about your problems.

The first answer by: banjuja58 IS INCORRECT INFORMATION! Do not go to the airport with just your name and ID. It must be some kid who posted that because you CAN NOT get on a flight with just a name and some ID. It just doesn't work that way. You must get that thing printed at all costs! It's very important, and you will be avoiding a lot of hassel at the airport.

Hope this helps :-)

You don't need to worry about any other details, than the booking reference & confirmation number. You could email it to a friend who does have a printer, or take it to an internet cafe where you can print it off. At the end of the day you only need the reference number, which is why printed copies are best to save you writing down the wrong reference no.

I book my air reservations online and everytime it says I have to have a copy of the itinerary. Try calling the airline or the site you used, travelocity, orbitz or wherever and see what they say. All they look at anyway is the confirmation number so I dont know why you couldnt just tell them what it is. Good luck

Hi, All you basically need is the confirmation number and your ID. Usually if you check in through the computer kiask, they ask for the confirmation number and then you have to swipe a major credit card or your ID....hope this helps. Miriam

I had the same problem. They almost denied me a flight! You need to call the airline right now, tell them what happened, and your confirmation #. What airline?

Yep, that will do it. Of course, ID also. Have a nice flight!

Yeah that should be fine. Probably just give your name & ID and that will suffice.
