First of all what would be your purpose in doing this....to show the judge what a total idiot you are? Secondly the callous disregard for the lives of others demonstrated in your reply to Gypsy only confirms my belief that you have no right to drive a car and should have your license suspended for life.
Dear Gypsy,
If I for some god forbidden chance end up getting on in a head on collision and recklessly killing a family, I hope it's yours.

I hope you aren't planning on driving to court drunk. I have no problem with drinking, but people that drive while drunk are taking other people's lives into their hands. My child and I could be on the same road as your drunk a*s. If you show up for court drunk, they will no doubt throw you in jail. I hope that they enter you into some sort of sobriety program, also. You've got a real problem, buddy.

No this time it will be a blood test and they won't try you then either they will throw your happy a** in jail until you are sober then bring you back into court and try you for the DUI, contempt of court and public intoxication and anything else they can think of. Doesn't that sound like fun?

One alternative to jail time being practiced is enforced commitment to detox and substance abuse centers. Whether you like it or not, you get put the whole nine yards from education classes, meds, peer discussions, role playing, attendance at AA meetings, individual counseling, etc. I think it's a damn good alternative. Here's hoping that some of it rubs off.

If you really want to do better, and the doctor considers it warranted, you might see if you can be put on a drug called Antibuse. You would promise yourself you would quit drinking, and mean it. Then if you do drink the Antibuse would make you soooo sick you would never forget it, and never let it happen again.
Then you can go to court and not be drunk.
If you go sober they will have better hopes for you.
If you just want to fool people, and keep drinking, then don't get on Antibuse.

Yep, they will make you walk the line again, but, it'll be the line to the country jail, and then the line at the jail where the other prisoners wait to give you a line of their own..
You probably won't enjoy it, after all, you can't get on Yahoo! Answers there.

I hope that the bailiff just shots you. Not only are you a danger because your stupid enough to drive while drunk again your announcement that your going to commit this idiot and criminal act publicly proves that you should be removed from the gene pool.

I actually work court security....we would just arrest you at the door for public intoxication....and if you were to get rowdy...arrest you for disturbing the peace. So essentially, you would never even get to see the judge and a warrant would be put out for your arrest for contempt of court. All in all, your "funny and cute" plan wouldn't even happen. So I would say....go for it.
