By using your third eye. The minds eye, ability to see pictures in your mind. Visualization. See a light all around you. The Spoken Word is very poweful. Say something to call Gods protection on you. It has the added bonus of helping you to have faith on a psychological level, which will also work on the spiritual level.

sorrund yourself by white life and say to yourself i'm in the cocoon sorrunded by white light and ask angels guides for the protection and asked them to help you to come back to your body sometimes you can get stuck bless you with love zen master
