No, because, he would be like a pervert; sneaking and peeking and attempting to look.
I would be more inclined to behave myself if my Grandma was watching me ffrom above. I would hate to have her ashamed of me, feel the same about my husband, my kids, my whole family. I am moral because I want to be. Not because of some Great HooHoo in the sky.

First of all, I dont do what people tell me (well of course the law and stuff, you know what I mean) I listen to God. Also He is not invisible. Are people in China invisible? Are astronaughts invisible? No. Just because you cant see something, doesnt mean its not there. Finally whats scary. If you read the Bible you will see that God is a God of love. He even sent His Only Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross so that your debt of sin can be paid and you can be forgiven. What is so mean and scary about that? He also gives us the choice. If He was a mean God then He could make us all robots doing what He wanted. And finally God created everything. So of course he is going to be all-knowing and all-powerful.

If you were watching absolutely everything that absolutely everyone does, then you would probably not be shocked or surprized by anything that any individual does. I don't think it is as scary when you think of the magnitude of the idea. Each of our lives would be pretty mundane and ordinary to a truly all-seeing being. Not only that, that god is supposed to understand everything too, so he/she/it would likely fully understand and appreciate everything that each of the little people are doing,... Hmm what a boring job watching everybody all of the time! It seems a little below a supreme being, but what do I know?

Not very appealing, since nobody wants to feel watched and judged specially when doing something that is widely considered wrong (stealing, killing, lying, etc.) but I think that idea helps us to be better human beings and behave in the best possible way at any times. Personally I don't like the idea because I consider that all of us need a god (independently of religion and so on), just to feel comfort from the fact that there is a supreme force that protects us, but that god should not be judgemental and shouldnt be following our steps to see when we sin, but should be forgiving and a provider of happiness and peace.

He gave us life and the World and the ability to reason and question. He created us and know our imperfections so no need to be paranoid or ashamed. He made us and can take life away at any time. Enjoy. Peace. Lighten up.

I can understand why it might be frightening to someone like yourself who, apparently, does not understand who God is.

I agree with arthur Q,
Also God knows everything already, that is why we are to fear him. And unless you are doing something wrong why would you care.
