well, he cant afford to buy them, so i'm going to surprise him with them on his b-day next month.
i just need to know where to get them at a nonexpensive price, and what kind to get?
cause i dont want them to be all girly, and i want them to match.

okay well..
we've been going out for 9 months.
im only 15.
we are not going to get engaged at this time.
we just think we should have some promises rings.
to us, they aren't "silly" or whatever.

The best suggestion I can make since you are probably pretty strapped for cash and both walmart and target are at least $100 would be to check local jewelry stores, they might have cheaper prices or perhaps check the paper for tag or garage sales, I'm constantly going to them and you might surprise yourself as to what you might find. promise rings are silly either get engaged or dont theres nothing in between promise rings are just a lack of true commitment and is lame.

you can get them from you nearest church for an affordable price.
