The only legal way to remove your name from ChexSystems is to have the "reporting" bank remove it for you. The reporting bank is the bank that reported you to ChexSystems. In rare cases, you can have your name removed if you can prove that ChexSystems is holding inaccurate information about you.
If the information contained in your ChexSystems report is correct, your best option may be to find a bank that does not use ChexSystems. Although most banks (80%) use ChexSystems to verify new bank accounts, there are a handful of banks that do not.
The following sites give you free listings of banks that do not use ChexSystems. These banks are also known on the internet as "non-ChexSystems banks".

Another option is to apply for a prepaid debit card. You can find these types of accounts all over the internet. There are literally hundreds of them to choose from, so make sure you shop around for the best deal.

I used to work for the company that ran Chex. (not anymore!) so I know a bit about the way they store your data and check history.
Good Luck. Basically the ONLY way you can get your name off their list is to pay the checks you bounced that are in their system. Bottom line. It's really brutal. They don't mess around.
My roomate is on Chex and can't get a bank account ANYWHERE. My best friend is a banker and tells me that no bank will touch you if you are on Chex.
Sorry, wish I had better news for you.

Even if you have paid your bill it still remains on Chexsystems for 5 years. I have a paid account from Washington Mutual from 2002 and it still shows up, BUT it didn't stop me from opening up a checking account. I have another account with them and a second a Citibank.

it's kind of like your credit report. things don't come off. they linger there forever. sad thing is that once you're on chex systems, you're "black listed" from any other banks. Odd though since I've been on there with two infractions but yet was still able to get a new account from Bank of America. I know other smaller banks or local banks won't even touch you if you're on Chex. try Bank of America and see if you can get an account from them.

Be careful of the advice you take. Looking over these posts I've seen recommendations that will leave you open to identity theft. Be cautious who you give your information to - especially current address and social security number.

Find out who reported you to Chex Systems and see what you owe them. Once you pay this, you should come off of it.
