For genetic engineering:
To cure diseases, perhaps.
To immortalizes everyone, not necessarily.

For New World Order:
To promote peaceful co-operations, perhaps.
To create political monism, not even possible.

The end and mean are not always the same exact thing.

If it makes life a little easier for some, perhaps nothing is so evil a thing to be completely abolished.

Remember, many solutions require modest dosage only.

(The aquarium fish are illegal in my state, which is ludicrous, since the wild type are legal, and the wild type are more likely to be pests if introduced into streams and lakes).
