I only have 23 natural teeth left.
4 wisdom teeth gone.
4 Bicuspids gone when I needed braces as a teenager.
Lost my front tooth in an accident. Now I have an implant.
24 teeth left is plenty to do what I need to do with them (bite, chew, etc.) My mouth is a lot more comfortable and my smile still looks natural.

Funny fact about my mouth, to which all who know me refuse to acknowledge,
my mouth wasn't big enough to accommodate my huge wisdom teeth, so I had to have six removed.
I actually pulled one of my teeth out yesterday, it was a real mess, having been the subject of an abysmal root canal filling. Salted Peanuts finally caused it to crack, so I yanked it.

Most people have their wisdom teeth removed. I am one of them. Mouth is too small.
