OK...here's what my grandma did for me and what I'm doing for my daughter and she loves it! Get an old knobby ended clothes pin - the kind with a round end and split in the middle. Boil it and give it to the child.

It's the only thing I've found that gets her to stop cyring when her teeth hurt. She takes it and runs it over her gums for hours!

I give my son Humphreys Teething tablets, from Walgreens. When it is really bad and they don't work I will give him tylenol. He chews on the tips of sippy cups too. Oh ya, and he seem sto be very content with the Zwiebacks toast.
