I got tickets from them twice and it was a good experience, no problems at all, just make sure your going on trip coz once tickets are paid for that's it.

For airline tickets it should be fine. It's hotel bookings on Priceline you need to worry about. I booked at a hotel in Cleveland once, and the hotel had no record of me ever booking with them nor did they have a confermation notice from Priceline with my booking. Disgusted. Priceline wouldn't help a bit. I called there customer service and nothing ... was put on hold and had to wait over 10 minutes. We eventually did sort something out, but last time I book a hotel on Priceline, it also affected my view to book airline tickets, even though I've yet to have problems with that part of the site.
