Well steroids don't make you swell. That's why there ANABOLIC which means muscle building. They use these drugs to help rehabilitate people after cancer treatment and some types of serious surgeries. Now that I've cleared that up the answer is NOTHING.Just train hard and properly training only one body part(not upper or lower body, that's not how body parts split up)only once per week while keeping your protein and other macronutrient intake high.Protein powders and creatine help but you can't walk into a pharmacy and ask them what you can buy for this.Tribulus has failed every clinical trial in the US.The Bulgarians were using it as an excuse when their Olympians were failing drug tests.Steroids are for lazy sots! How could a nurse say what she said about steroids.Their a frekin drug. They don't just make you swell. They blast your testosterone levels through the roof and present some serious health problems, enlarged heart, cancer, elevated cholesteol, gynecomastiaand sterilityplus the only thing that won't grow are your nuts. They'll shrink up like raisins(testicular atrophy)Just work hard like the rest of us real athletes.

No it doesn't! Blackheads in the nose area is my major problem and it didn't help at all. At the store, CVS, Target, any pharmacy, look for a blackhead remover/extractor with a little loop on each end, Revlon has one for $4.50, Sephora has one for $16. Steam your face or put a hot wash cloth on your face several times to loosen pores then get your extractor and extract away! Very gently, then use an astringent like Witch Hazel or Hydrogen Peroxide and moisturize with an oil-free lotion. Good luck.

www.bodybuilding.com and check out pro-horomones or anabolic steroids.
honestly, if you are working out 2 hrs/day on a daily basis, just lifting, straight-up, you are overtraining and you will not get the gains that you want (at least not naturally). instead of focusing on DRUGS, how about focusing on a GOOD, SOLID plan that includes proper training & nutrition? Go on a serious lean bulking diet and start hitting the weights in a way that makes sense instead of just pounding your muscles day after day after day without giving them the proper rest/recovery time. i would be more than happy to point you in the right direction as far as an EXCELLENT clean bulking diet goes, and the good thing about these gains is that they are not temporary--as soon as you quit using pro-hormones...guess what...you lose your size & strength that you have gained. nothing wrong with SUPPLEMENTS, but they shouldn't be SUBSTITUTES for a really sound regimine of strength training & nutrition. but hey that's just my opinion...

There are no drugs that will make you bigger and stronger.
Steroids make you swell, but you stop taking them and the swelling goes away, and in the meantime they are damaging your internal organs and dissolving your bones. Working out is all you can do to increase your muscle mass safely, and tallness is genetically determined, live with it.

Get Anavar, Dianabol and Estrogenex. I've used real anabolics, and these are the closest to the real thing you'll find.

you need to eat and train with more focus.
I hear OTC products that seem to be popular are Bulgarian Tribulus and CEE. Avoid steroid use at all costs.
