Georgia O'Keefe has some of the most beautiful paintings of flowers I have ever seen. She's famous for the "skull" paintings, but the ones she does of the red poppies and the petunias are absolutely breathtaking. And, most people have seen them as posters, but the really neat thing, is that when she painted them, some of the original paintings are no bigger than a sheet of notebook paper.

Monet does beautiful water lilies. O'Keefe does wonderful and brilliant flowers.
