finding my skin tone?

im thinking of colouring my hair. usually i do dark browns but i want to go blonde. right now all my hair is naturally a light brown colour. im having trouble picking a shade that will suit me though because of all this cool, neutral and warm skin tone stuff.

how do you find out your skin tone?
