Hi THere Cuz,
ill have to repeat the common thread to this question..I can/have only ever prayed the preyer of salvation once . You can only pray the plea for salvation once. But you must ask for forgivness of sin on a dayly basis. . . . . .

The prayer of salvation is made up by man, not God so I've never prayed it...whatever it is.

I tend to do it a lot. I know a lot of people believe you only need to do it once, but I do it often. The Bible doesn't say we cant ask more than once so I figure it's better to ask frequently, than to only ask once and find out later you should have asked again.

Once, Jesus said he would never leave you or forsake you. If you fall get back up and ask for forgiveness. You only have to ask Him in once.

Every time i took "the wheel" and tried to run my own life i got pray "Lord forgive please take over again, i can't do this on my own." Which is about every day.

One, Jesus died one time and one time only, so as a Christian I had to die spiritually one time and one time only. And if Jesus don't come back first I will die bodily one time and one time only

Never......I'm waiting to be "saved" on my death bed. That way I can enjoy life and still go to heaven!!! Like I said in my last answer to a similar question....If Constantine can do (the father of Christianity) then I can too! :)
