Well, I say it may not be too urgent now, just make sure when you start a family it is elsewhere. That's the way it should be anyways.

Depends what age u are pal. If youre 16 or over then u need to break off from the family some time. Its not like youre going to be on the other side of the planet, and u can still phone her. Get your independance! Good luck.

By the way, it'll be easier to have girls over night as well.

sorwie to hear that, sis.. i'm in the same situation as you are. but i still stay at home though. i stayed from dad when he was smoking, i tried telling my sis not to steal, i told her that there are cameras everywhere & that she will eventually get caught one day, i encouraged her not to steal. i wanted to move out, but i know being on my own is hard.. image all those $$$money that you need in the real word: apartment rental, water, gas, electricity, food, drinks, just about everything cost money.. for now, i go to school & try looking for a job, when i have lots of money then i'll move out.. i hope it's not too late.. good luck!!

You don`t say how old you are .My guess is you are young .
When you start a family of your own ,you should already have moved in with your husband,RIGHT.
Believe me Mom will understand that you want your own home .
After all she moved out on her Mom didn`t she?
At least you`re thinking about the baby`s health .
Good luck.

in your home all there is alot of sadness, perhaps breaking away but still loving your family you can be able to reach the goals that you would like to achieve. Perhaps with your success you can influence your brother and make your mother quite smoking cigarettes (I take that is what she is smoking because you were not specific)

If you dont like the situation, and your old enough move out, you can always visit your mother and brother. With your own apartment you will avoid, the second hand smoke (death), and you will feel safe leaving your items and money around.

First you did not mention your age .
I hope you are old enough to do what you feel is right.
Not just a minor with a bunch of sour grapes
You should talk to your mom.
She may be wiser than you think.
Look your own needs as well.
Don't be too judgemental.

you should move out just tell your mom how you feel.it might good for you to move just ell your brother to not take this in a hard way.and tell your mom that don't take it in a hard way but it's for your own good. besides, you can always visit your mom can't you. (tip:don't bring anything over to your mom's house so your brother can't steal from you

If you don't like what is going on in the house, move out. Your mom won't think any less of you. However, be careful of how you give your reasons. They may come back to haunt you.

unfortunately we can't pick our parents, but you are right about thinking about yourself and how and what your future would be like if you stay in that kind of enviroment, so my answer would be yes, some parents you should love with a little distance between you
