No I can't go to jail for posting this question because i never directly said i would do this. I just asked a question.

Yes you could kill her and nobody would know. But you'd have to be very discreet. You'd have to do it inside a room with no windows so nobody can see you, and you'd have to do it when you are alone in the house though I'm guessing you are always alone since you said nobody knows you're pregnant.
Make sure not to throw the body in a garbage. That is too obvious. After killing her, dispose the body in the fireplace. Nobody will ever suspect that the ashes in your fireplace are a dead child.

OKAY--let's get REAL.
The reason why I put that above is to prove a point. My point is that all killers are stupid and in the end they all get caught. If I were to kill someone, I'm 100% sure i would NEVER get caught. You have to be smart, discreet, and you must think about EVERYTHING. No evidence must be left behind.
Anyway, While I know i'd make a successful hitwoman, that doesn't mean i'd ever kill somebody!

It could happen. It has happened before by babies being found buried or on side of the road. Being named "John or Jane or baby Doe" at cemeteries.
However, it is cruel and ignorant since able to drop off a baby at fire department, hospital, church with out being questioned etc.
However, not all labors go well. Especially if the baby is breeched (turned around requiring c-section) or umbilical cord wrap around the neck.
The female can be torn or caused excessive bleeding. It has happened and the hospital will know if delivered and will question when and where the baby is. If don't see medical attention, the women can die herself.
As far as disposing the newborn can also be hard thing to do as well. Then it is premeditated murder since knew pregnant, new in labor and intentionally killed the newborn.

Oh my god. This question is unbelievable. I think it's a joke, I'm hoping anyways. If you do this, I will applaud as they lock you in prision for the rest of your meaningless life. It's not even funny to get on here and joke about it. Do you realize how many people wish everyday that they could have a baby and they just can't??? Do you understand how many mothers have lost a child and they can't even begin to describe the agony that their everyday lives have become?? And you want to get on here and joke about something so wicked, so unimaginably cruel?? Keep your sick little thoughts between yourself and your little immature friends. God help you if you ever have a child, or if you ever lose a child (god forbid) and then you must know the pain of loving and losing something so much a part of you, that a part of you dies along with them. People like you need serious psychological evaluation. Yes, it's true you can't go to jail for asking a question. But if you are such a disturbed person who sits around and thinks about things like this, someone needs to get you some help. I beg you to ask someone you trust to take you in and get you some help, or do the right thing for yourself and everyone around you and take it into your own hands.

If you have a home birth, why not just wrap up the baby, take it to the nearest hospital or police station and they will take care of it. There are new laws out there that protect unplanned children and their birth mothers. This eliminates the need for people to kill their unplanned babies. If you want to find out more, just type in "drop off babies at hospital" into your search bar. There looks to be plenty of information on this. I see it is also called "Safe Haven"
Just did a little more research into this....check out this website www.dunebrook.org/haven This is the website for the state of Indiana Safe Haven program. Try typing in "Safe Haven drop off" into your search bar and then your state. Hopefully you will find some much needed information.
Can't understand why a person would bother going to full term only to kill the innocent baby when there are so many other options.

How can you even ask that question??? Go to the hospital and give the baby up for adoption. There are so many people out there trying their hardest to have a baby. And here you are talking about killing one. Why dont you do something usefully and let someone else have the baby. Then to make sure it doesnt happen again take birth control or be smart and wrap it up. You need to think about what happens with everything you do! GROW UP!!!!

Either way, I cannot find a satisfactory excuse for such obscene behavior.
In today's societies, there are increasing options to be rid of an unwanted child. Whatever the excuse for getting pregnant in the first place. I guess you could bury your head deep enough in the sand to dump the poor child at a hospital, you did manage to ignore the fact that you were pregnant for so long, and the consequences, after all.
I would find it less obscene if individuals, such as yourself, were sterilised...

Not sure if you know the laws
Posting a threat to harm someone child or adult on a public forum is a federal offense and if someone reports this question to the authorities you can and will go to jail
It does not matter if it is question or not...you are asking about it and it is apparent you are having that thought in mind so no one is going to take it lightly. Not even the authorities. You do not have to do the act, just the thought is just as bad as the actual crime itself.

that is a very twisted thought... IF you are pregnant and don't want it, give it up. There are places that will find a loving home for that baby and help you do it as privately as possible. IF you are pregnant, Don't be so selfish, do the right thing..... Beside something could happen to giving birth, if you were pregnant and if this was the route you chose
I am sure you aren't looking for lectures, but that mere idea of that just makes me very sick.

Give the baby up for adoption. There are plenty of people in the world who wish they were as fortunate to get pregnant and have a healthy baby. Plus I don't see how anyone could take a life of a child that was your creation!

you need some help because it is never okay to give birth to a child and then kill it when you aalready gave birth to her. your baby never asked to be brought into this world the baby is jus' an innocent child give the baby up for adoption or something spare its life....and by the way how can you go 9 months without anybody knowing that you were pregnant???? wat kind of parents do you have????
