Sex any time your ready, now having another baby....... A good space range is 2 yrs apart which would mean you could probably start trying to have another baby when this baby is around a year old.Your body needs time to heal from this one! Plus, this one is going to demand alot of your time.My second baby, was an "oops" baby,{ we were using birth control!} my first one was 4 months old when I got pregnant for my second and let me tell you from experience , A new baby and a 13th month old are no picnic! So think about it very seriously when you're deciding "when" to have that next little bundle, but remember you can still have "sex" but finding the time with your husband is going to be the hard part with the new baby taking alot of your time! If you think it's hard with one, wait till there's two! Congratulations!

seriously??? wow? not to be all negative toward what I hope was an honest question, but wow! Do you have 10 nannies doing everything for you, or are you actually raising this child yourself? 4 days old and you want another one?!! Wait until the reality of parenthood sinks in then you probably won't have the thought of sex anywhere near you. Haha.
But, to actually answer your question.... talk to your doctor.. really, only they can answer for you. There will be many factors such as your current health, and whether you had a natural birth or c-section.
Good Luck.

After giving birth, you should wait at 6 weeks before having sex again. It is called pelvic rest and the doctors advise women to do this for a reason. Your body needs time to heal. Enjoy that little one you just had before thinking of another.

You have to wait at least 6 weeks to have sex so you don't get any infections.Your body really needs time to heal from having this baby.It takes a full year for that but i would suggest at least giving yourself 6 mths.Pregnancy really does take a toll on your body.Good Luck!!

Most doctors recommend that you wait 4-6 weeks after giving birth. Once you feel up to it, go for it. If you are breastfeeding, you probably will not ovulate for a while, so you won't get pregnant for several months anyway.

hmm, don't you have a doctor? and didn't your doctor tell you that is important for you to wait 6 weeks before having sex again?
well, that means 6 weeks.
duh
you will be able to get pregnant again right away, unless you breast feed, in which case it may take a bit longer. but please think about letting your body rest a few months before starting a new baby.
*hugs* happy for you and good luck
