just ask them stuff and when they say something about what they did or someone else did just think of something u could say to make it funny. something sarcastic. they seem to react to that. i do it all the time at work.

Joke around with them like you do when you are around all your male friends .
Keep it clean at first and no gross stuff .
When you get a reaction from the girls -Use that type of kidding around .
Treat them as you would one of the guys at first ,
They will see you are comfortable around them and they will open up.

well personally i like it when guys are just random and do something just spontaneous not obnoxious though....just say something weird out of the blue...it usually works...and you can just plan what to say...it depends on the moment and the girl..
