After reading your previous questions I think I finally get what you are trying to ask...try to be more clear in the future.
Basically she won't get much of anything. He's a dead beat dad. That sucks, but it's true. She should try to qualify for food stamps or child care vouchers so she can get a job and support her child. Good Luck to her. I hope she has a mother (ahem...you) that is supportive of her and her situation.
As far as the young soldier goes...has he already seen action? Could he have any PTS? If so and he gets help then the military may be more forgiving. But if he has no contact with your daughter I doubt she can rely on that happening or have any control over it. If your grandchild is the child of a veteran there may be some VA charities he could get some aid from or at least scholarships in the future to look into.
