They've been together since senior year of high school, both are virgins, niether one of them have cheated on the other, but they haven't had sex yet? What do you make of that?

I think that whatever state they are living in should make a minimum age to get married. 10 is way too young!
Their gay and it’s just a show for others. Ok I got it, their related and they are just scared that their kids might have 3 eyes or just wouldn’t know how to explain their brother/son or what ever that turns out to be.

They are eigther overly religious or too scared. If they get married that wont be a problem but it will probably be ackward and weird. Or they are lying becasue they want to keep secrete.

I was actually jumping for joy when i was reading your question, I was screeming"WAY TO GO!" untill your additional comment, where you mention that they were moving in together, that part killed my joy, I would have prefered they get married first though. That makes for a better ending.

It sounds like to me they have a good relationship, Maybe they are wanting to wait until they get married, you know back after your time, that was the norm. I think there is nothing wrong with that at all, I respect it.

Its alright. It could be against their values. I'm sure its not been easy for them. If it has been easy to not have sex then there might be problems.
