There's no such thing as 100% reliable as nothing is ever 100% reliable.
All DNA tests are about 99% reliable so it doesn't really matter which you choose.
Although surely the only difference could be where you'd get the DNA from? Spit, hair etc.

DNA testing is extraordinarily reliable. Nothing is perfect, but the results obtained by any reputable DNA lab would be accurate to within a tiny fraction of a percent.

You can have DNA test done through GP. There is no charge if you are doing it through the CSA. They use a company called Cellmark and use the swab in the mouth method from the child and the parent. The test takes about a week to come back and is 99.99999 accurate.

No DNA test is 100%. Though if your fried has one done his blood will be put through 15 individual test to determine paternity. if the test fails on two or more of the tests than paternity is denied. If however the test is positive they will respond by stating that 99.99% paternity is confirmed. Trust me that how its done.
