every since 9 year but him a his wife ben married and separated every since their child turn 1 that is when he left his wife to be with the other lady who has two beautiful by him. or is it against the law

It is possible that you live in a country where a man may marry more than one person.
However, in the USA and indeed in many countries, to marry more than one person at a time--regardless of the degree of separation in the first marriage--is a crime. Bigamy, the taking of a spouse before divorce has been finalized in the previous marriage, is a serious offense under US law.

It is illegal to have more then 1 wife in the US. Think of the children involved & get your act together.

Not if he is already married.He needs to file for a divorce it's not enough for him to be just separated from his wife.and yes that would be illegal.
