If I eat a hamburger it would have the following things on the hamburger. First would be american chesse, then mustard and then I would add the ketchup on top. Now that is a great american hamburger. Be back cause I am going to go and make me one now.

I like cheddar cheese, lettuce tomatoes pickles, red onions, sometimes crispy bacon, mustard & the slightest spread of mayo. Once in a while, I like either some peppercini or fresh jalapenos or yellow hots.

Lately, we've been topping our burgers with Gorgonzola cheese and/or Bleu cheese. It adds a completely new flavor to burger along with the lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayo and mustard. I like to put it on after flipping the burger to let it melt a bit. I use it on soy burgers and soy chicken patties. DELICIOUS!
