lunges, squats, and donkey kicks. while you watch tv, hold the wall or chair for balance, keep your leg straight, and kick back behind you, lift your straight leg as high as you can behind you and beside you, for at least 20 kicks per cheek. Do how ever many it takes to feel the burn, plus 10 more. Don't use your lower back muscles to help do this. And don't forget to stretch iyour butt. Butts are hard to stretch, but you can. You put all your weight on one foot, and roll your hip out on the other side, relax and let go of your straight-backed posture. You will feel it stretch. You may be embarrassed by sticking your butt out like this, but you will be stretching it.
Have fun incorporating donkey kicks into your workout routine or into your usual leisure time!

A stair stepper or climbing a stairway is the best. Next would be squatting up and down. When you are sitting watching TV or at the computer, clench your butt cheeks hold for a few seconds then slowly relax them and repeat.

Get the smallest bags of potato chips you can find so you have to keep getting up to go to the kitchen for more!
Just kidding. Chances are you won't lose your butt, just firm it up a bit.
