That is a verrrrrrrrrrrrrrry broad question.

Yes. It is. The Holy Bible uses the word "love" and has 8 different meanings in the Greek. The New Testament was written in Greek for a reason. Greek is the most articulate and precise language on the planet.

The greatest of all love is God's "love"= "agape".

Jesus did NOT teach to love="agape" too all people. Jesus taught to love=love less love=not hate, all people

Love your neighbor as yourself.
Hate not your neighbor as you hate not yourself.

Love your enemies.
Hate not your enemies.
Love less your enemies.

Scriptural scoffers are the reason, that ALL people are not to be loved="agape" alike.

Good Question.

Of course in the spiritual ways of GOD. It's a commandment. But not in the way of having to be in love with another. There's lots of folks who never find that kind of love nor do they wish to. They just live life alone and like it...........that doesn't mean that they don't follow the commandments by loving one another according to HIS will. But what a hell of a life to lead without true love for another, romantic love. Thats hell in my book....To each his own I suppose....

Very well done. You have distilled the concept of "sin" to the most basic of terms.

Yes. We sin whenever we, by action or inaction or by word or thought, do not love God or our neighbor.

No because sin does not exist as taught by the church. Having said that, not loving is one hell of a way to destroy your life. Hell, though it does not exist, is appropriate in this usage.

Hi!
Christianity is about the love of God/Christ for us and our love for him. We are to express our love for Christ in our day to day actions, words and thoughts. This is not an easy thing. But the bible says that all things are possible for those that believe in Christ.
