Ok....I have a very very close friend(just a friend, and nothing but.)He's actually my best friend. We've known eachother since we were in pre-k.My boyfriend is constantly getting jealous and mad at me for hanging out with him and going places alone with him.He knows im not a cheater(and especially with my friend..that would be just to weird.)And yet my bf has all his girlfriends that he hangs out with, and if i say anything about it, he gets upset and says its my fault because i do it to him.How can i explain to him that there are NO feelings between me and my friend?Iv'e tried as best i can and nothing seems to be working. My friend himself has even tried. What else is there to do?I love my friend very much(as a friend of course)and i love my bf.....but it seems having a friendship with another guy is just completey unacceptable to him.I let him hang with his friends..guys and girls.Don't i deserve the same respect? How do i address this? We've been together now for 1 year.

Well he is probably hanging out with his girls to try to make you jealous. thats just from my experience. I suggest you should maybe hang out with your boy and your friend and have you friend come with another girl and all four of you do stuff together.

Let me ask you something. How many stories have you heard of girls breaking guys hearts? He probably thinks that you should spend more time with him. Your friend sounds like he is your soul mate or twin soul, but maybe he likes you too, or at least that is the conclusion your boyfriend figured out. If you want to patch this situation you should decide whether your friend is with you if he wants to be more then just or a friend, or if your bf is worth losing a friend. One peaceful thing to do is to find someone for your friend (someone he likes) and go double dating. If your bf is still jealous then leave him because these kind of guys are control freaks.

You shouldn't have to explain anything. This guy is your friend and there shouldn't be anymore discussion about it. A friend will be there for you when a bf won't. BF's come and go but friends remain. Don't loose the friend over a jealous bf. It's not worth it. If he cannot accept that you are friends with this guy then maybe he is the one that should go. Think about that. Who has been there for you the longest? The friend, right.

I had the same prob don't worry about it b/c its just his bf insecurities he can't stand that u are with your bff and your bf wants to be with u all the time instead of your bff hanging around all the time. Don't worry just introduce them and then he'll see theres nothing to worry about. Trust me.
