I wish that people would understand why I worship on Saturdays (aka the Sabbath).
And by the way, I'm not Jewish... I'm a Seventh-Day Adventist.

I wish people would realize that freedom of thought, religion and belief is a human right and one cannot take that away from anybody. I myself respect all religions and beliefs. Sometimes people say that some beliefs might be dangerous or whatever but what I believe is that people have the right to practice their belief. If somebody uses their beliefs to harm others or their beliefs, I believe that is a misinterpretation of their beliefs as all real spiritual leaders have wanted the same thing which is understanding and survival and that does not include harming others. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BELIEVE WHAT YOU WANT TO BELIEVE!

I wish people really understood what a born again Christian is from a Biblical perpective and what one isn't (the cultural born again Christian). I wish people wouldn't build a born again "straw man" just to tear him down and then think they are brilliant. And I wish people understood that our evangelism when done the right way is one of the most loving, compassionate and kind things a person can do.

I wish people understood that I'm not an Agnostic because I'm "sitting on the fence, waiting till the last second to join the side that wins," but because I haven't found a spiritual path that suits me yet.

That just because I'm a christian that I am perfect and never make mistakes. That some people call us hypocrite because we sin. We make mistakes and fall just like everyone else. We have to confess our sins and Jesus forgives us. I wish people knew that God does love us no matter what!!

I wish that non-Christians would totally erase the assumption from their minds that in order to be a Christian one has to be perfect. We're not perfect, we just have faith in Jesus Christ (he is perfect not us) who saved us from dying and going to hell. He took our punishment for us so that we could escape eternal damnation. All we do is do the best we can just like everyone else, we have weaknesses and faults just like anybody else. I feel that we're unfairly scrutinized and the rest of the religions get a pass when one of their believers does wrong.

I wish they would understand there is never anything they are going to be able to say to me that will make me believe in god. All the religion shoved down my throat has only proved to me that it's all just bs. The ones who have pushed it the hardest, were the most abusive judgemental SOB's I have ever met.

I wish people would understand that their beliefs and the beliefs of others are a private matter and not up for hatred, comparison or ridicule.
