I live in a 2 bedroom mobile home that has a 15amp pole transformer for my home and my neighbors 3 bedroom trailer .Is this the right amps for both these homes?

Are you talking about the utility's transformer? I doubt it is 15A (where did you get that?). It might be 15kVA. In any case, utilities commonly use smaller transformers and wires than the national electrical code requires for services (or are commonly put in for services), because they know real loads are smaller than that. Around here, many new homes get 200A services (even though 150A or less would be the code requirement). The utility uses 25kVA transformers most of the time, which is a bit more than 100A, and serves several of these "200A" houses with it. They know what they are doing, and it isn't a problem.

Why are you asking? Are you having some kind of problem?
