Boil 'em, dump some spag. sauce on 'em, serve with a salad and some garlic bread and you're good to go.

You know the old saying that "everything tastes better fried"?
That includes tortellini. Grab some an egg, and some bread crumbs and lightly batter those up (if you have kids...they'll have great fun doing it for you)...and then heat up some oil in a pan until it's about 325-350 degrees and toss em in for a 1-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown...drain them and serve them with a couple different sauces to dip them in...like a marinara or a pesto...or any type of sauce you have (even ranch dressing would work).

Cheese Tortellini Soup with Cannelloni and Spinach
Serves: 5
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon, fresh thyme, chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
6 cups chicken broth
8 ounce package cheese tortellini
9 ounces fresh spinach leaves (about 5 cups)
1 (15 ounce) can cannelloni beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1. Heat oil in large pot over medium high heat; add the onion, garlic, thyme and red pepper flakes, sautй until the onion is softens and the flavors meld together, about 3 minutes.
2. Add the chicken broth, raise the heat to high and bring to a boil. Stir in the tortellini, and cook for 4 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the spinach and cannelloni beans, continue to simmer until the spinach has wilted, and pasta is tender, about 1 minute.
4. Ladle soup into bowls. Serve with Parmesan cheese on the side.

Tortellini Casserole
1 lb your favorite tortellini
1 (24 ounce) jar your favorite pasta sauce
1 cup water or stock
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (optional)
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350F, line a 9"-13" glass pan with foil (I like nonstick).
Stir together all of the ingriedents in the glass pan except the mozzeralla cheese and cover with more foil.
Bake for 20 minutes covered; uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 minutes more.

Tortellini soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
4 c. water
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 T. soy sauce
1c. sliced carrots
1c. chopped celery
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 pkg tortellini, or more if a thicker soup is wanted
Brown and drain beef. Simmer and cook all ingredients, except tortellini, until vegetables are tender. Add tortellini and continue cooking 10-15 min more.

a sour cream an garlic sauce would be nice maybe toss is some fresh sliced mushrooms an chives.. finish off meal with tossed salad an yur fav fruit pie

You could put them in some chicken broth with some chopped parsley or you could cook them in tomato soup...yum yum.
