The new husband after the vows. Daddy just gives her away. The maid of honor should hold the bride's bouquet if needed while the groom's arranging the veil. (I think also sometimes the MOH helps the bride straighten the lifted veil so that it looks all right.)

The father of the bride lifts it initially to kiss his daughter, then sets it down for the groom to lift after the vows. I've been to weddings where it's the father and/or the groom. Looks like it's preference.

I think it depends on the bride's preferences. But usually, it is the groom that lifts the veil for the kiss.

The mother or father of the bride, depends on who walks you down the isle.

my father lifted mine at the end of the aisle. BUT I practiced this with him the night before... I made sure he knew to put the veil fully over my head so it didn't look crooked. Plus I had my MOH fix it if my dad messed it up...Luckily...my dad did a good job of getting it over my head and keeping it straight

The father generally lifts it to give her a kiss when giving her away.

Then they can either leave it up or put it back down for the ceremony.

If they choose to put it back down, the groom lifts it for the kiss.

You could do either, it depends on which moment (I didn't say man) would mean more to you. Your father or your new husband. I have been to several weddings and it all depended on how the ceremony was set up.
