Tylenol 3 contain codeine, a narcotic. Narcotics make many people feel a bit drunkish, as well as dulling the perception of pain..
Try taking a slightly smaller dose to avoid the drunkish effect.

Tylenol 3 contains codiene, which is a narcotic on the weaker side of hydrocodone (vicoden, percocet, etc) which is along the weaker side of Heroin and Morphine...so that is why you feel drugged, you are.

Yes, it can make you feel "high" because it has codiene in it, which is an opiate. Opiates tell your brain to "chill" basically, so thats what your feeling.Its fine.
