Yeah, I noticed. It looks weird.
Guess they noticed how popular this was becoming and decided to make some more money off it. After all, it is the bottomline.

Anyone, other than those new to the net shouldn't be surprised that virtually any free service would have some for of advertising attached to it.

That's like saying the parents that house, clothe and feed a child should have no say in how the children behave.

there's a big difference between ads and brain washing. if you really can't stand them (i don't think they're that bad on yahoo answers), you can install an adblock program. I put a link to one for firefox in the sources area.

Yeah, I have noticed. I notice, too, that the "feature question" is always from a celebrity or someone from the Yahoo staff, for the most part. Whatever.
