1. Enlist in the US Navy.
2. Volunteer for SEAL training.
3. Pass all phases of SEAL training.

1) Join the Navy.
2) Make it through basic training.
3) Get out to the fleet and prove your self.
4) Volunteer for UDT/SEAL school.
5) Get luck enough to get picked for SEAL training.
6) Survive SEAL training.
It's that simple.

You need to be in the military for more than 5 years....i think
you need to be fit and know how to swim (very well)
And have experience using a firearm and hand combat fighting
