Hi honey.............happy first anniversary.
As the first one is Paper, why not go and buy a really expensive writing pad, you know, good quality paper and write him an incredibly erotic letter, explaining all the things you love about him, the way he touches you, the way his lips touch yours how it makes you feel and tell him all the things you have discovered about him since you married and what bits you would like to re-enact.
Don't make it tacky tho' make it really classy.
I did this for my hubby and it drove him wild, I bought champagne, new bed-linen and lots of candles and it was just the most erotic thing to write and re-read.
We had the best anniversary ever and the great thing is that its something he will keep, and when he finds it a few days, weeks, months after the event, it brings back the memories and re-lights the fire over and over again.
Have LOTS of fun!!

I know how to ensure you BOTH have a Happy 1st Anniversary.

To ensure HE has a Happy Anniversary SHE needs to:-

1) Give him a good seeing to on the day; preferably with some practise sessions beforehand.

To ensure that SHE has a Happy Anniversary SHE needs to:-

1) Ask all the family to remind him at regular intervals in the weeks leading up to the day.
2)Hum 'The Wedding March' at breakfast for at least 2 weeks before the day.
3) Sprinkle confetti in his shoes a day or two before the day.
4) Forgive him for forgetting.

1st Anniversary is paper so u could get him a copy of a newspaper from the day he was born, or if u dont fancy that u could get him a nice watch, sorry I can't offer more advice, men are buggers to buy for on birthdays let alone anniversaries. Good Luck and Congrats!

Since traditionally the 1st wedding anniversary was paper my wife got me season tickets to the 49ers. Very cool. In turn I got her a new purse with Ballet tickets stuffed inside. We think alike apparently.

i think you should buy him a new bed if it's your first anniversary it may be broke as mine was no good after 12 months ours was a wedding gift off my new in laws and we ended buying a new one you can make the night very special by putting candles in you bedroom then get some silk flower petals put them all over your bed play soft music buy yourself a new sexy nightie turn your phone off he will be yours all night. Happy 1ST Anniversary I'm on my 10th and it's just as special today

Mu husband placed a £100.00 note in a photo frame and then told me it was to be spent on me - and me only. Wow did I blow that money with no guilty feelings at all. I bought him a papertree for the garden as that's his favourite place.
