I believe there will be perfect love in heaven so therefore I don't believe we will love anyone more than anyone else. I do believe we will know our families we just won't love them anymore than say a neighbor from down the street. I really don't believe we will remember everything we went through while on earth because a lot of it would be sad memories since there will be no tears in heaven and I don't think we will ever be sad. I am rushing and hope this helps. I will come back later if I can find you some biblical references and add them in. Hope this helps. Have a nice day.

Well, if both of you were born into the same heaven, I will bet that you can see and remember her as you would on earth. Heaven beings have supernatural ability to recall their past lives of themselves and others. Also you may be able to know how many others are related to you in many past lives.

May God bless you, and just hold that thought. The Bible gives us assurance in several places about recognizing loved ones who are in heaven. In 2 Samuel 12:23 King David mentions that his dead son cannot come back to life, but that he (David) will someday go to him (the son). This shows that he will be able to recognize his son. I don't know that we will be able to remember ALL things, but only the good things, perhaps. Keep the faith!

This question bothers a lot of Christians. I would like to think we will. But on the other hand, we will be different people in heaven, so I really cannot answer the question.
