Do you mean if the women wear sexy clothes all the time, and to every ocassion? Then yes and for different reasons. They may be seeking attention that they lacked from their parents(especially from dad) at a young age, they may feel that this may be the only way to get love and attention from men. They could be suffering from depression, and dressing sexy may be the only way for them to feel good about themselves. Also the may never have been taught how to value theirself as a female and that they are worth more than that,
Or they can be a plain slut that will f**k anything with a dick.

Whats wrong with a woman dressing sexy every now and then. Women feel the need for attention or attraction in a positive way sometimes. Now it is a diffrent story when you dress way to slutty and disrespectful when it comes to certain public areas.
