my next door neighbor gave me a look when he first saw me that probably gave him whiplash....he seems to like me..he's always asking me out,but i'm verrryyy skeptical..what do u think???

If you are interested, say yes. Do something neutral and basic - like meet for coffee. Get to know him, you don't have to date him just because he got whiplash when he saw you. You don't have to do a damn thing. What's your question here... follow your gut.

Spend some time with him talking first, and then if you think you like him, go out on a date. You won't know unless you try. Unless you are really turned off by him when you talk, then don't do it girlfriend!

Get to know him better go on dates, dates dont always mean that your together just that you are trying to see if you do like him. So give it a shot see if you like him or not. If not just tell him your great but not for me.

Well seeing that he lives next door to you, you could watch him to see if he was a weirdo or not!! But i guess it couldnt hurt to say yes, and go somewhere in public, not alone with him untill you get to know him!!!
