I met a guy about 3 weeks ago and we have been going out since then. We have kissed, make out, but we haven't had sex. I told him that I liked him and he said he liked me too but he didn't want to start a serious relationship b/c he also likes another grl (who, by the way, already told him she doesn't want anything with him). He said he didn't want to hurt me so he said that it's best if we satyed as friends, but he tells me he likes being with me, and he enjoys my company, and he loves to kiss me... My questions is, if he said he doesn't want anything serious, and I do, should I still make out with him and just see him as a friend, or should I pursue him till he gives up?...

baby girl, absolutely not. the person that will get hurt the most is you. he's upfront with you regarding that you'll be a second choice @ best. and if he can get a freebees from you, he'll take it. baby girl, i think you're better than that. find someone who's available and treat you right. you have to let this one go. he's nothing but heartache for you. trust me.

The line in the sand is drawn and he did not cross it.

Its over. You know it.

Be brave and walk away with your self esteem. Sex will not make this any better for any reason. Keep your pride and find a man that will be thrilled to be with you- full time. You deserve that.

I think you two should just stay friends so you wont get your feelings hurt if he decides he does want to be with another girl. Maybe you should look for guy that wants to have a commited relationship with you.

I think eventually he will come around, sounds like he is a bit confused right now. I wouldnt make out with him or any thing until he gets over the other girl. Sounds like in time he will come to you. If he is worth it, wait it out. Good luck!

Move on, you are just his backup plan.
If he does not want a serious relationship but still kissing and hugging up on you, he is playing you.

don't make out with him. see him as just a friend. breaking a man down is not the way to get him in the end.

Let him go... be friends with him but don't go after him...it just makes you look desperate... if he didn't want to get serious and you did that tells you something he likes being with you as friend

keyword: friend...

SOUNDS LIKE HE WANTS TO SEE HOW FAR YOU ARE WILING TO GO JUST BEING FRIENDS.HE HAS VERY LITTLE RESPECT FOR YOU ALREADY DUE TO THE FACT YOU HAVE DONE THINGS WITH HIM AND HE IS NOT YOUR BOYFRIEND. I WOULD GIVE HIM AN ULTIMATUM AND SEE IF HE STICKS AROUND.
