Think about how tall you are, your main goal should just be to stay healthy. To tone your muscles try every morning and night stretching, and maybe doing a few lunges, crunches, or pushups (without overworking yourself). Also, try to get at least 90 minutes of cardio a week, and you should start to see some type of muscle tone. =)

Image is something, if people didn't know what it would be like if they had a nice body, then let me give you a glimpse. Having a nice body gives a guy or a girl a great feeling, a feeling that can only be felt when you have a great healthy looking body. Your self esteem is good and you are happy and the endorphins just kick in so every often. Its like floating on clouds. So, I totally understand how you feel because you were once there! Don't listen to people here who are basically telling you to settle with a less than healthy you. Personally, I want to do everything that I can to live a very long life, even though I abused alcohol just like you. Get yourself into a routine, write down your goals, and head to a gym with people. Nothings easier than working out alongside a crowd of other people doing the very same thing you are. Don't worry how you look now, focus on your incremental gains. Notice the weight slowing taking off and be patient with your progress. Lastly, have fun doing it!

Damn gurl. First things first, u need madddd self respect. It looks lyk ur gaining more of that bak since u stopped using drugs n got a b/f. But u need to do things for urself. No need to b concedid about it though, but love urself. I kno its hard to gget out of that comfortable stage wit ur b/f caz he loves u jus the way u r, but if u dont love u then tell him ur doin it for urself. U need to eat healthier. If u want suttin sweet, only eat natural sugar. Lyk fruits. Basically n e thing man made lyk cheetos n chips n hot pockets is a no no. Especially goin out to eat. That must stop. It rele does make that much of a diverence. But since we r only fat americans, u can buy Lean Pockets or Lays light potatoe chips wen the cravings RELE come. But keep in mind, cravings only last 15 minutes. So grab a pretzel or a fruit n forget about the candy bar or cheetos. U got more love 4 urself than u shud for those toxic foods.

First learn from your mistakes. No more drugs. Also food companies want you to be very fat so you buy a lot of their food. In the same way you got bad habits, you can get good habits. The taste for beer is acquired and it is so bad, they don't want kids taking it. Yet they say that red wine is good for people. But it is the stuff in the red grapes, not alcohol, that makes it good for you.
Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.
But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. I had the same problem. Just remember that what you did in the past will probably not work anymore. You have to eat healthier not diet and exercise. Same old story, your older so you will have to do a variety of exercise. I think if you stick with it you will surprise yourself and start to really like it. I am addicted to exercise.

First you need to chill, and quit worrying about what the world thinks. What do you think? Young girls today think they must look like the super skinny girls in catalogs or nuttywood where eating disorders or Davine and acceptable. Just watch what you eat, get exercise and enjoy life.
