Yeah, its called photo retouching and airbrushing away all the cellulite dimples, and dont say she aint got any. People are not perfect, celebrity or not. The magazine covers and photo shoot people make them look that way, and it gives normal women a sense of not being good enough. Do you see people who look like that just walking down the street? What about in the grocery store? I didnt think so. Thats all because it doesnt really exist. Its fake and made to look that way because sex sells. And your apparently buying.

Diet and exercise, baby!! Do whatever kind of exercise is fun for you, be it running or water aerobics. Don't put yourself through the treadmill for 2 miles a day if your knees are weak, or you just don't enjoy running. Dancing is amazing cardio, and I can imagine that music artists who have videos do a lot to get in shape for it...and then they usually do some kind of dancing! Pilates alone won't do it, just because it doesn't get your heart rate up enough. But if you add in some swimming, dancing, rollerblading, running, jumping rope, or whatever gets your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes, it's perfect. A healthy diet also makes a big improvement...most exercise only builds muscle, but for that extra little bit of flab on your (tummy, thighs, arms, whatever) all you need to do is eat healthier. Start by substituting things like frozen yogurt (and I mean buy some nonfat or lowfat yogurt and put it in the freezer, don't buy it frozen) for ice cream. Or a few multi-grain crackers for Oreos. Whatever it is for you, start slow, because it won't shock your body, and you can still have what you want! And remember, the video was probably retouched to get rid of zits and cellulite, etc. Hope this helps.

A lot of celebrities get a good personal trainer to be there and help motivate them. For example alcoholics go to AA meetings but that is not enough. They get one person who they can contact anytime.
If you cannot afford one, you are on your own but this site can help.
Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.
But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. pilates do work but you gain ALOT of muscle and strengh so you'll be losing weight but it won't show that much on the scale.
But yea the photo was prob retouched a bit!

I know that she is really toned now because of her husband, Jason Bratman. They work with weights and drink protein shakes. I saw this on some tv episode a few weeks ago.

Well it's her job to look sexy so i imagine she puts an exorbitant amount of time into it. Plus she probably has a trainer, a chef, a home gym, etc, making it easier to get the body she has.
