You had what i had, I always washed my face religously, and nothing helped, Till i saw my doctor,
She prescirbed me Minocylin because acne is an infection, and it cleared it up, But in my case, not completely ,
So i went on Diane-35, & my skin completely cleared up,
I reccomend you see your doctor, But in the meantime,
Change your pillow case every two nights, becuase they are a breeding ground for acne, & try to be aware of when you rest your head on your hand's.
Also remember, Beauty doesn't have everything to do with looks.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/
that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Then make sure you use face wash you can go get clean and clear for a bout $4 at walmart or somewhere. Second make sure you don't use regular soap it dries out your face and makes your acne worse. Also you can use aloe it clears your face up FAST and leaves it nice a smooth.Try this website they have AWSOME skincare products

washing ur face doesnt help ur acne..
it jus gets rid of the oil which clogs pores and causes acne.
go to ur doctor and ask him to prescribe u something.
he can prescribe u benzylin peroxide or something like that..
or u can go buy proactiv which i think works really good.
u can try using aloe vera too.
yes, the plant.. cut off a leaf thing and split it so it opens up in the middle and wipe the slimy gunk on ur face.. it helps and its natural too
lemons and cucumbers are good too

Try washing it right when you wake up in the morning and when you go to sleep. I would also use an acne clearing product. Have you ever considered trying Proactiv? It did wonders for me.

Try using Sea Breeze (the blue one). My daughter (14) had bad acne and it worked like a charm. It also shrank pores and tightened the skin. Works great, and helps to prevent future outbreaks. Washing can cause oil in skin to increase in production rather than decrease. Try it.

I used to have serious acne, I've used Pro-active, and a lot of over the counter meds, But so far the best has been Mary Kay cleansing system. I swear by it and I DON'T sell Mary Kay.
