A significant difference in bicep size isn't really typical, but many hobbies, sports and jobs rely more on one arm than another for the lifting and curling motions that would increase bicep size. Try working the other arm more to gain some balance (single arm bicep curls are a good choice). If you feel any weakness, numbness, or tingling in the smaller arm, see a doctor.

yeah it is, but not noticably bigger. the bicep of your dominant hand/arm could be up to a 1/2" bigger than your other bicep. that's not visually noticable though.

Yes. Completely perfect symmetry of the body is an abberation. Usually one side of your body parts is bigger than the other ( e.g, hands, feet, etc.) So even if you do the same amount of work on each side, one bicep may look larger than the other.

Yes, if you are right handed you'll tend to use your right hand more often hence the muscle is slightly bigger.

Yes, you use one arm more than the other. If you are exercising, you will have to pay more attention to the non-dominant arm to even them up.

yes, of course!
you use one arm more than the other.
If you want them the same size, use your less dominant arm to do everything ant then they will become equallized!
