hi there - i wanted to start train but dont know what intake of protein, carbs and fat i need?
I weigh 8st and i was told to not go over 120g of protein a day but to properly weight train ive been told to take about 230g of protein a day

first find a number of qualified instructors , explain your goals and time frame to goal to each. Do not start a program designed to get you to Arnold Or Sly's shape. Start small and build on that,

You can look all of this up on the internet and then you can be sure and not take anyone's word for it. A fact about protein: you are probably getting enough, or too much, so this is something you won't have to worry about. Fat-you are probably eating too much Carbs, 55-65% of your diet from these.
Type in your search engine: "Protein how much do I need?" Fat-how much do I need? and the same for carbs, this way you'll know where this information is.
